Handling of errors

A good way to work when creating a search agent is to start with a broad search and then narrow down the search over time. This process inevitably leads to getting hits that you are not interested in. Below is a review of the most common measures. If you need more help finding the right one, you are of course welcome to contact our support.

Delete Manually

A certain number of mistakes is inevitable even for the best-written agents. In the inbox, there is a menu in the corner of each match where you can choose to go in to delete the match. It will then no longer appear in the inbox, future email reports or the analysis tool.
