- Eligibility
- 1.1. NewsMachine’s General Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use for PressMachine and Terms of Use for NewsMachine Newsletter are included as part of the agreement entered into for the Service. To use the NewsMachine Newsletter, you must therefore accept the terms of these documents.
- 1.2. By using the NewsMachine Newsletter, you warrant that you understand the contents of the Terms and Conditions, the PressMachine Terms of Service and this NewsMachine Newsletter policy document. You also warrant that you will not use the NewsMachine Newsletter in a manner that violates any laws or regulations.

- 6.1. The service is only intended to send relevant information. Therefore, make sure that the content of your mailing is relevant and in demand for your specific recipients. NewsMachine Newsletter is for opinion formation, information and similar messages – not for so-called spam. The service is not intended to send messages with offers or for other commercial purposes, except to recipients who have actively chosen to subscribe to your newsletter.
- 6.2. NewsMachine has the right to assess what is to be described as relevant information.

- 6.3.1. You may not use the NewsMachine Newsletter to send something offensive, or anything that promotes anything illegal or harms anyone. You may not send:

- 6.4.1. It is not allowed to send spam, ie unwanted mass mailings.

- 6.4.8. It is forbidden to use “dirty” lists. This refers to lists that generate a large amount of hard bounces. A large amount is in this respect if the bounces exceed 2% of the total number of recipients in the mailing. A distinction is made between soft and hard bounces. Soft bounce means that the message is recognized on the recipient’s e-mail server, but does not reach the inbox. This could be because the inbox is full, the server is overloaded or something else is temporarily wrong. Hard bounces mean that your letter is not possible to deliver, and may be due to the e-mail address being invalid, misspelled. That the e-mail address has expired or similar. Addresses that generate hard bounces need to be cleared as soon as possible.

- 7.2. NewsMachine has the right to restrict the ability to import addresses from domains that are primarily used for private use.
- 8. Your contact lists
- 8.1. Your contact lists are stored on a secure server. We will not, under any circumstances, sell your lists, contact people on your list, send advertisements to your lists, steal your lists, or share your lists with any other party, unless required by law.

- 9. Disclaimer and Force Majeure
- 9.1. NewsMachine can not be held responsible for the behavior, opinions or actions of users and their content.
- NewsMachine is not responsible for any delays or errors in the performance of any part of the Service for reasons that are not under our control.
- 9.2. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in laws or regulations, embargoes, fires, earthquakes, floods, strikes, power outages, unusually severe weather conditions, and the actions of hackers or third-party Internet service providers.
